Lalitpur ​Aims ​International ​College

Founded in 2007 A.D., is an esteemed institution ​affiliated with Tribhuvan University, one of Nepal's ​prominent universities. The college was granted ​permission by the University's planning commission ​to offer the Bachelor of Business Studies Program.

P R O G R A M S


AIMS International College offers different courses in ​Management and Social Sciences .Among the courses the ​BBS and BASW there is no limitation in number of ​enrollment where as in BCA only 35 students per semester ​can be enrolled. Aims as a privately owned academic ​institution located at the centre of lalitpur district in ​Lagankhel.

Aims at present offers very limited subjects but planning to ​extend its programe in near future in different subjects and ​in Masters degree . Though the subjects are limited the ​performance in the University level exam is very ​encouraging ,the students more than 75 percent complete ​their study and pass the final exam .

BBS Syllabus (Bachelor of Business Studies)

Bachelor of Business Studies or BBS is an undergraduate ​degree based on yearly program that provides in depth studies ​of business and helps to build the set of business related skills ​along with intellectual, practical, managerial and ​communication skills to be able to work for various business ​organizations nationally. It focuses on entrepreneurial ​capabilites and develop the habit of operating business ​independently and keeping it sustainable among the risks. It ​helps to build decision making, critical thinking and problem ​solving qualities which can add value to the employees of an ​organization to cope up to changes and uncertainties. TU have ​designed their curriculum that meets all the above ​requirements in their comprehensive BBS program.

BBS SYLLABUS - TU

The faculty of Management has designed the curriculum for ​the BBS program of TU. There are core subjects, foundation, ​and specialization courses that help to comprehend ​Management concepts, theory, and practices. There is project ​work in the final year for the partial completion of the BBS ​program.

BSW Syllabus ( Bachelor of Social Work)

Bachelor of Arts in Social work produces skilled human resource for social work by enhancing professional skills ​among students. TU syllabus is comprehensive and touches upon compulsory field work, research work, academic ​writing and report writing. The subjects are interdisciplinary and are at par with those of other Countries. It also ​stresses on the leadership development and problem acknowledgement and resolving techniques throughout the ​curriculum.

BASW SYLLABUS - TU

It is four years program under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. It has fieldwork where students ​engage in the social work program with theoretical courses.

BCA Syllabus ( Bachelor of Computer Application)


Bachelor of Computer Application is a four years program spread over eight semesters. It is a program that helps to ​produce software developers and programmers.

BCA SYLLABUS - TU

TU BCA syllabus has 126 credit hours of studies. There is a specific mention of networking, programming, software ​design and development and general Management and Accounting in the curriculum. It combines Management and ​Computer Science to help students in the field of Computer Applications.
